Provide maintenance, manufacturing engineering, and production departments with control system project support. Design, program, install, and debug PLC and HMI/SCADA systems.

Primary position focus is control systems integration, troubleshooting, and modification of propellant production machinery. Individual will maintain existing barcode and UID equipment that records and tracks manufacturing processes.

Must have experience programming ladder logic, HMI/SCADA, and text-based applications. Preferred knowledge of GE or Allen-Bradley ladder logic, LabView DSC, AutoCad, and Visual Studio Visual Basic.

Knowledge of PM and operator training document preparation a plus.

ESSESNTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

•Must have experience programming ladder logic, HMI/SCADA and text-based applications.

REQUIRED EDUCATION AND/EXPERIENCE

•10 years PLC/ladder logic programming, installation, troubleshooting and repair
•Trade school and /or college courses in computer programming, AutoCad and HMI/SCADA software applications.
•Ability to obtain a Security Clearance and ATF approval to deal with our product


PREFERRED EDUCATION/EXPEREINCE

•Knowledge of GE or Allen-Bradley ladder logic, LabView DSC, AutoCad and Visual Studio/Visual Basic.
•Experience in the creation of building automation systems
•Experience with barcode and UID technologies
