The majority of positions at Nammo Talley involve the possession of explosive materials during the course of employment, or the directing of management or policies of the business or operations as they relate to explosive materials. In the event of hire, Nammo Talley is required to provide the U.S. Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives (BATF) with information about the employee. BATF will do a background investigation separate from any done by Nammo Talley. If the BATF determines that an employee is not permitted to possess explosive materials, or direct the management or policies of the business or operations as they relate to explosive materials, Nammo Talley will remove the employee from the position.
